medFEL continues in digital format!

To stay in touch with the sector’s stakeholders expectations and communicate on the right dates the European harvest forecasts for the summer fruits and vegetables.

medFEL considers its role to be a tool to support the sector. In order to keep in touch with the Fruit and Vegetable actors, medFEL will connect up with the sector with a two-part programme:

In order for buyers to have all the information they need to anticipate their orders, the harvest forecasts will be broadcasted live in French, Spanish and Italian.

5PM: Round table “Food education: learning to eat, as important as learning to read and write”

A “Manifesto for food education” was presented on March 2022, at the International Agricultural Show. Journalist Olivier Dauvers, head of the Agrifood Think Tank – Les Echos, is at the origin of this project, with other partners (Open Agri Food, Acofal, Euro-Toques). Its aim is to highlight the importance of learning to eat well from an early age and to include this subject in school programs. Since March, this manifesto has collected more than a thousand signatories: companies, institutions, parents, companies….
