Within the framework of the merger of the Midi-Pyrénées and Languedoc-Roussillon regions, the professionals and networks of the region wanted to create a unique organic interprofessional association that would meet both the demands of the institutions and the challenges of organic development in the Occitania region: Interbio Occitanie.

Interbio Occitanie is made up of all the actors historically involved in the development of organic agriculture in Occitania:

The shared ambition of the professionals is to bring about the sustainable development of organic farming in Occitania. It thus organises consultation between all the organic actors in order to structure, promote and defend organic farming for all.
