The two days of the show will be punctuated by conferences in the Agora, on topical subjects for the industry:
- The Great Debate: Are fruit and vegetables expensive?
- Processing: developing the French origin of processed fruit and vegetables
- Fruit and vegetables: does communication support consumption?
- The organic sector: What is the impact of new distribution concepts?
- The jungle of labels: obligation or real added value?
