This workshop offers strategic insights into the attractiveness of the sector, based on the work carried out by the Innov'Agro Chair.
A study dedicated to arboriculture will be presented, highlighting the obstacles and drivers of attractiveness identified through a survey of students. This analysis provides a better understanding of their perceptions of the profession, working conditions, and career prospects, in order to address current recruitment challenges.
