Meet medFEL 2026 headliners!
A fruit grower in the Tarn-et-Garonne region, Françoise Roch produces apples, plums, and table grapes on a 60-hectare farm run with three partners and is a member of the Blue Whale cooperative group. A woman of conviction and deeply committed to collective action, she has been involved in the fruit and vegetable sector for many years. President of the National Federation of Fruit Producers (FNPF) since 2020 and Vice-President of the CTIFL (Interprofessional Technical Center for Fruit and Vegetables) since 2024, she champions a structuring vision for the sector, notably advocating for stronger ties between research and professionals, in service of a more supportive and resilient industry.

Meet medFEL 2026 headliners!
Mickaël Alagapin joined the retail sector in 2007 and built his career "from scratch" within the U group, which he has never left. After managing his first store in the Champagne-Ardenne region, he is now CEO of the Super U in Bonne, Haute-Savoie, which he co-manages with his wife. The grandson of farmers and a self-proclaimed man of action, he has been involved for several years in developing supply chains, initially at the local and then regional levels. A long-time advocate for traditional fresh produce, he has been leading the national fruit and vegetable sector since January 1, 2025, alongside Jeff Mahintach, with the stated ambition of strengthening producer-distributor partnerships.
