Optimise your visit to Medfel thanks to the business meeting service. Free of charge, our "à la Carte" business meeting service enables visitors to make the most of their visit to the exhibition. Extremely easy to use, this service will enable visitors to make appointments with the exhibitors of their choice. These meetings will be held at the exhibitor’s stand.
The general commissioner is never involved in the direct contact between exhibitors and visitors. Therefore we are not held to an obligation of result. Our objective for this free business meeting service is to facilitate rapports and business relationsjips between exhibitors and visitors.

- For visitors: you save time by only having targeted meetings with suitable suppliers.
How does it work?
1st step: Exhibitors ratification
Each visitor makes a selection. Classified in alphabetical order or by production area, the visitor can access to each presentation paper and compose his own meetings list.
2nd step: Customized meetings request
Meeting date, time and subject choice. When his list is composed, the visitor agrees on his selection and displays this meetings requests. At this step, the visitor allocates to each of selected exhibitors a date and a 30 minutes time slot. He also defines the meeting issue for each exhibitor.
3rd step: Meetings choices ratification
The visitor agrees on his meeting choices and he fills in the presentation form. The Medfel Webmaster sends him, by e-mail, the summary of his request.
4th step: Meetings requests transfer
The meetings requests made by the visitor are directly send by email to each exhibitor.
5th step: Meetings ratification by the exhibitor
The exhibitors solicited for a meeting, answer directly to the visitors by e-mail. They agree on the meeting date, time slot and place (hall and stand number). A first link visitor/exhibitor is established and each part draws up his own meetings planning.
6th step: Meeting during Medfel– Exhibitor stand
The updated and validated meetings take place on the exhibitors stand.
