3/ Organising your BtoB meeting schedule

All you have to do is to ACCEPT OR REFUSE MEETING REQUESTS received from buyers or other exhibitors.

We will then organise your meetings schedule, taking into account meeting requests from buyers and exhibitors (which you have accepted) and meetings that you have requested with exhibitors (which they have accepted).

6- INFORMAL BUSINESS MEETINGS (OUTSIDE THE BtoB MEETINGS)

As at the previous fair, visitors can request informal meetings with exhibitors via the Visit / “Exhibitors’ list / Informal meetings” section.

The contact details of visitors wishing to meet you at your stand will be sent to you by email.

You can then decide whether or not to follow up these contacts, for example by agreeing to meet at your stand outside the business convention framework.

PLEASE NOTE:

These requests will not be included in the BtoB meetings schedule: this is simply a way of bringing people into contact.

If you will be representing your company alone at your stand, please let MEDFEL know the time slots during which you have made informal appointments and will therefore not be available for the BtoB meetings, so that we can take this into account when producing your BtoB meetings schedule.
